Forest logging operations (posted 14/2/09)

The two harvest areas highlighted below in green, will be clearfell harvested from early February 2009 and is expected to tale 2 months or so.

 

Runners, walkers and bikers should obey all signs associated with this harvesting activity, including staying away from the area if this is indicated.  In particular, watch out for the movement of forestry vehicles in the area, including on 8 Mile Gate Road.
